Items to Have on Hand

​

• A baby blanket, old t-shirt or toy that we can rub on mama to send home with your new puppy to remind him of home.

• A old towel for traveling home (You will be glad you brought it)

• Paper Towels and baby wipes.

• Purina  PRO Plan 30/20 All Stages Dry Food  (See picture below - Available from Chewy.com)

• NuVet Plus vitamin Treats- Extremely important and highly recommended! See page explaining these vitamins. Order  directly from manufacturer at    1-800-474-7044. Use order code 999272

• Food and water bowls.

• Safe chew toys. (We prefer small Kongs or Nyla-Bones (See picture below).  NO rawhide please!)

• A medium sized squeaker toy.

• Puppy shampoo and conditioner (Be sure it is moisturizing shampoo for puppies and avoid bathing for the first few  days of taking your puppy home.)  We us Fresh N' Clean Puppy by Pet Ag/Lambert Kay

• A life-stages crate.  Be sure to get the divider so the crate can grow with your puppy.  (A 42" crate will be sufficient for  most size Goldendoodles throughout his life.)

• A leash and collar.  We recommend an adjustable collar about 10-13" that will expand as your puppy grows.  Your puppy  may not love the leash at first, but it's good to start early.

• Training treats - milk bones or freeze dried liver treats work well (see picture below)  They love Pedigree Marro Bone treats also.

• Most important, lots of love!
