Puppy Reservation, Health Guarantee & Buyer Responsibilities
Our goal is to ensure a transparent and smooth adoption process. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies to prevent any misunderstandings and to assist us in providing the best experience for both you and your puppy.
Fees:
* Our puppies are $1800.
($250 deposit and $1550 due at pick up).
Puppy Reservation & Payment Policy
To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required. This deposit:

* Secures your place in line for puppy selection - reservations
are processed in the order that deposits are received.
​
* Deposits can be paid via PayPal or by check or cash.
​
* Will be applied toward the final adoption fee.
​
* Is the only way to guarantee availability of a puppy from a specific litter.
​
* Scheduling an appointment does not hold or guarantee a
specific puppy.
​
After placing your deposit:
​
* You will receive a confirmation email.
​
* If the selected puppy or if the entire litter is already reserved,
we will offer an alternative puppy or issue a full refund.
​
At pick up (around 8-9 weeks of age):
​
* The remaining balance is due.
​
* Accepted methods of payment: Cash or PayPal (5%
convenience fee added).
​
* Puppies will only be released once full payment has been
received and verified.
​
​
In rare cases where a reserved puppy becomes unavailable (e.g., due to health or unforeseen issues), you may:
​
* Select another available puppy
​
* Apply the deposit to a future litter
​
* Receive a full refund.
​
If you cancel or fail to pick up your puppy:
​
* The deposit will be forfeited to cover the puppy's continued care
and rehoming.​​
Health guarantee and Warranties
* At the time of purchase, the puppy is guaranteed to be in good
health, having age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, as recorded in the provided health record.
​
* If a licensed veterinarian (DVM) diagnoses a major health
issue within 14 days of leaving our farm, and provides a
written statement, a replacement puppy will be offered.
* Minor, correctable or temporary conditions (e.g., parasites,
minor infections) are covered by this guarantee.
​
We strive to provide genetically health puppies. If your puppy is diagnosed within 1 year of purchase with a qualifying genetic disorder, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value. Covered conditions include:
​
* Severe hip or elbow dysplasia. (must be verified by OFA).
​
* Pathological spinal disorders
​
* Luxating Patella
​
* Open fontanel
​
This warranty does not apply to common illnesses, injuries, or accidents occurring after the puppy is in the buyer's care.

The buyer agrees to:​
* Provide proper care, including quality food, safe shelter, routine
vaccinations, and deworming.
​
* Offer consistent physical and emotional care.
​
* Understand that the breeder is not responsible for any veterinary
expenses after purchase.
​
* Accept full liability for an accidents, injuries or behavioral issues
once the puppy is in their possession.
​
* Acknowledge that death, injury or loss due to theft, neglect,
abuse, heatstroke, or accidents does not entitle the buyer to
compensation.
​
* Recognize that this puppy is sold as a companion animal only,
not intended to breeding or show purposes.
​
Due to variations in diet, environment, and developing immune systems, we highly recommend using NuVet Plus.
​
* Administering NuVet Plus daily according to the manufacturer's
recommendation will extend the genetic health warranty by an
additional 12 months(total of two years).
* To qualify, NuVet must be given daily for the entire original
warranty period. You must use the recommended dosage
consistently.
​
** Failure to comply will void the extended warranty.
We encourage continued use beyond the guarantee period for your puppy’s lifelong health.
